The outcome , it’s even better than I imagined.

Meeting Dr Bawa and Tina has truly been a pleasure. From start to finish, my entire experience has been nothing but kind, pleasant, and incredibly helpful.

Everything about the IPCL procedure was explained to me thoroughly from what to expect, to the potential outcomes and I felt completely reassured every step of the way. Dr Bawa made me feel confident throughout, and during the procedure, he spoke to me continuously, which really helped put me at ease. The comfort I felt during the procedure exceeded my expectations.

What has truly amazed me is the outcome , it’s even better than I imagined. I genuinely thought I’d still need to wear glasses, even if less than before, but the clarity I now have is life-changing. Being able to wake up and see my surroundings, take a shower without reaching for my glasses , these small everyday moments have had such a huge impact on my quality of life.

The follow-ups have been excellent as well. The level of care, attention, and thoughtfulness shown made me feel valued and truly looked after. Both Tina and Dr Bawa have shown such genuine kindness, patience, and care . Especially during the eye tests and made me feel like more than just a number. The professionalism and detail in every interaction made me feel appreciated and at ease.
